‍VideoTaxi is a digital content agency based in Auckland.

Founded in 2018, they are a one-stop shop for all things digital content with a team of 15 video editors, scriptwriters, photographers, and project managers.

Whether it’s videography for social platforms, a headshot in the studio, internal communications content, recruitment videos, or podcast production, VideoTaxi provides end-to-end content solutions.

Since their inception they've worked with some of the leading corporates in New Zealand.

‍Challenges

‍When VideoTaxi approached ManyRequests they were using a legacy system that was no longer maintained and didn't provide a great client experience.

In addition, they needed data migration from their legacy system, including all historical time-tracking.

It was essential for VideoTaxi to have a great visibility on all projects, specifically time-tracking in order to manage their profitability.

‍ManyRequests with its done-for-you migration service onboarded all clients, data (including time-tracking), and projects to the platform.

Once onboarded, VideoTaxi created various monthly and yearly content subscriptions where they're able to track usage for each client and performance for each team member.

They can now manage all their operations in a single source of truth and receive weekly performance reports of their production team.
